Hi there Kirsten, what do you do at Voys?
My work includes onboarding new colleagues, facilitating workshops, requesting leave administration and managing long-term absences.

Alright, and why do you like working here?
Working at Voys is constantly different. The organization changes so quickly, I find it really nice to grow with the company and to constantly encounter, tackle and improve new dilemmas. Because the organization moves so fast, new challenges are constantly coming up. In recent years I have always grabbed them with both hands.

How do you spend your free time?
Sunshine on my head on a terrace or in the garden. Playing games with my family. But also yoga or pilates lessons are great.

Last question: what can we wake you up for in the middle of the night?
Good food and good wine, let’s go!
